The Alfred University Archives, located at Herrick Memorial Library, has recently scanned its postcard collection and made it available online.

The best way to view the collection is to choose the “Browse” option on the initial page.

Herrick Library is a member of the South Central Regional Library Council which is making it possible for libraries in the region to digitize archival material and make it publicly available. The content on the site will expand as more libraries add their own collections, allowing researchers and educators to search for images and information that will help highlight and educate people about our area’s rich heritage. As time allows, the University Archives will continue to scan material and add it to the site.
