Herrick has such great cookbooks, I’m wondering if you would consider adding a few new ones like these: “Noma: Time and Place in Nordic Cuisine” by René Redzepi, “Bouchon Bakery” by Thomas Keller and Sebastien Rouxel, “The Art of Living According to Joe Beef: A Cookbook of Sorts” by David McMillan, Frederic Morin, Meredith Erickson and David Chang and “The Family Meal: Home Cooking with Ferran Adria” by Ferran Adrià.
