ALSO… there’s roller skating in Wellsville (mostly on weekends, though), racquetball courts in McLane, dumpster diving, pool tables with all the equipment in the dorms at Alfred State, swimming in McLane, and lots of Alfred University club sponsored events, like swing dancing and yoga!

It’s going to happen! Publicity will be out by the end of the week. On March 19th “Movie Night at Herrick Library” will be showing all three Back to the Future Movies starting at 11 pm. Doors will close at Midnight. Between BTF1 and 2 we will be having Back to the Future Team Trivia with a $50 gift card for the winning team. Between BTF 2 and 3 we will be having a costume contest for best 1950s costume and best 1880s costume. The winner in each category will receive a $50 gift card. The event will end at 9 am Sunday morning and is co-hosted by Herrick Library and Habitat for Humanity.

I concur. I mean, study spaces are not enough, ground floor study carrels are full at some nights like during November. I think more study spaces are definitely needed, as you know there’s 600 new freshmen this year.
